General
The minimum order quantity for deliveries within Belgium and Luxembourg is 50 pieces. For deliveries abroad it is 300 pieces.
Our red apples are Jonagold or Red Prince. They come from our own orchards in Haspengouw, where we focus on biodiversity and regenerative fruit growing. Our green apples are Greenstar (home-grown) or Granny Smith (France).
We want to guarantee the quality, colour and appearance of every logo apple. That’s why we use apples from our own orchards whenever possible. If necessary, we supplement our own harvest with carefully selected apples from other growers.
The edible paste we use to print our apples is made from potato starch. It is food-safe and suitable for consumption.
The apples can be kept for 2 weeks without refrigeration. If you can keep them cool, we recommend consuming the apples within 4 weeks.
Our prints are always monochrome. We can print with white or blue paste.
Yes, private individuals can perfectly well order our logoapples as well.
Your print plate can be re-used an unlimited number of times. You pay a one-off charge of 100 euros with your first order to cover the cost of producing it.
Our existing print plates can always be re-used as long as they are ‘general’ print plates. Obviously, company logos can be reserved exclusively for the companies concerned. That also applies when a company specifically indicates that a particular print plate that has been produced for them is for their exclusive use.
Delivery
Delivery within Belgium and Luxembourg is free of charge on Mondays. On other days of the week we charge 0.50 euros per km. For deliveries abroad we work with an external partner, who charges for these deliveries on the basis of distance and quantity.
We offer free delivery on Mondays throughout Belgium and Luxembourg. Delivery on other days of the week is also possible.
Our logoapples can be delivered 10 days after the customer confirms their approval for printing.
Yes, we deliver to several addresses or departments.
You can always contact us at fruit@fruitsnacks.eu or on 011 69 52 80. If possible, please include a photo so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We carefully pack the apples in trays, so that they do not damage each other during transport. We can also deliver baskets for attractive presentation of the apples.

Price
There is a one-off charge of 100 euros to produce a print plate. For the Logofruit® itself we have a graduated pricing system. We will be pleased to give you a personalised quote.
Invoicing is done monthly at the end of the month. The payment terms are indicated on the invoice.
